Connectivity. Security. Infrastructure.
(SASE)
A cloud-delivered architecture that combines network connectivity and security services into a single service.
Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) is a cloud-delivered architecture that combines wide-area network connectivity (typically SD-WAN) with security services like firewall, secure web gateway, CASB, and zero-trust network access into a single integrated service. SASE replaces the traditional model of routing all traffic back to a central data center for inspection, reducing latency and complexity. The term was coined by Gartner in 2019 and has become the dominant architecture for distributed enterprises with remote workforces.
SD-WAN
Software-Defined Wide Area Networking, a virtualized approach to managing multi-site network connectivity.
Zero Trust Network Access(ZTNA)
A security model that grants application access based on identity and context rather than network location.
Endpoint Detection and Response(EDR)
A security technology that continuously monitors endpoints to detect, investigate, and respond to threats.
