Decision Architecture™ is a framework Vinay Enterprises uses to help CIOs, CTOs, and vCIOs structure infrastructure decisions before committing capital. It separates reversible choices from irreversible ones, identifies the smallest decision that unlocks the next stage, and forces explicit articulation of assumptions, constraints, and success criteria. The framework is particularly applied during vendor selection, architecture refresh planning, and infra-to-AI migration strategy, where premature commitment can lock organizations into multi-year vendor relationships that prove costly to unwind.
