Through our carrier partners (TTBS, Sify, Vodafone Idea), we deliver dedicated connectivity to AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, and Google Cloud Interconnect. The carriers have direct peering arrangements with the major cloud providers, which means clean, low-latency paths instead of internet transit.

Who owns the cloud connectivity SLA?

The carrier. The dedicated circuit between your site and the cloud provider's peering point is a carrier service with carrier SLAs. When you contract for cloud connectivity through us, TTBS, Sify, or Vodafone Idea is the service owner. Our value is architecture design and carrier selection based on your cloud footprint.

What's your role if the carrier owns the service?

Architecture design (how cloud connectivity integrates with your existing WAN, security, and routing), carrier selection (which carrier has the best peering for your target cloud region), and procurement coordination. When cloud connectivity is part of a larger infrastructure project, we also integrate it with your LAN, firewall, and SD-WAN layers.

Can you help us choose between AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, and Google Cloud Interconnect?
