Carrier selection depends on your location preferences, connectivity requirements, and compliance needs.

Who owns the colocation service SLA?

Accepted Answer

The data center operator (which is our carrier partner). Power uptime, cooling, physical security, and facility-level support are owned by TTBS, Sify, or Vodafone Idea. When you contract for colocation through us, the service contract is ultimately with the carrier operating the facility.

What's your value-add on colocation?

Accepted Answer

Facility selection based on your needs (location, Tier rating, compliance certifications, connectivity options), architecture design for what you deploy inside the colo (rack layout, cabling, network, power topology), and procurement coordination. For enterprises deploying their first colo footprint, the design work is often more valuable than the procurement itself.

Can you manage the servers we deploy in colo?

That depends on the engagement scope. Colocation itself is facility rental, the data center provides power, cooling, and connectivity. Server management is a separate service. If you need both, we can design a complete engagement that includes facility procurement and ongoing server and network management.
